The Process
How It Works
From field to wall — here's what to expect when you bring your trophy to Coots Taxidermy.
Field Care
Cape your animal promptly and keep it cool or frozen. The better the field care, the better the final mount. Call us if you need advice before the hunt.
Drop Off
Bring your cape/skin to the studio at 5240 Mustang Street. Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM. We'll assess the material, choose a form and pose, and collect your 50% deposit.
Craftsmanship
Bradley works the mount from start to finish in-house. Timeframes vary by mount type and current workload. Life-size and specialty work may take longer — we'll be upfront.
Pick Up
We'll call when your trophy is ready. Final payment is due at pickup. Walk out with a finished piece built to last a lifetime.
